From the first moment that we arrived in Puente Romano, some 8 years ago, we were touched by the beauty of it. It is the rare combination of all the ingredients that make it so special. In the heart of the ‘Golden Mile’ of Marbella, directly on the beach of the Mediterrean Sea, with world class restaurants like ao NOBU, Bibo, Lena, the Supperclub and Chiringuito within 3 minutes walking distance, all situated around the real ‘Romano’ bridge (from the 1st century), also the sports facilities like tennis/paddel/gym and of course the climate complete the picture. You will have a deliberate choice every day to join the exclusive, luxury way of life that Puente Romano is offering or you can just relax and live the Spanish life in the quiet environment of the apartment and old town Marbella.
As we very much want to share our feeling with you, we have decided to rent out our apartment. It has been fully refurbished, its located on the ground floor of the part Phase II, in a gated area with parking. It is some 120sqm in total size, with a 30sqm terrace with sun and lots of shadow, overlooking the swimming pool and the tropical gardens. It is suitable for couples and families, you can stay ideally with 4 and maximum 6 people in our apartment with the 2-3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. You will literally want for nothing.

Todos y cada uno de nosotros tenemos un lugar favorito. Un lugar que viene con recuerdos especiales, un lugar diferente a cualquier otro lugar, un lugar donde realmente te sientes como en casa, o incluso mejor. ¡Eso es exactamente Puente Romano para nosotros!
Desde el primer momento que llegamos a Puente Romano, hace unos 8 años, nos conmovió su belleza. Es la rara combinación de todos los ingredientes lo que lo hace tan especial. En el corazón de la ‘Milla de Oro’ de Marbella, directamente en primera línea de playa bañada por el cálido Mar Mediterráneo; con restaurantes de primera clase como NOBU, Bibo, Lena, Supperclub y Chiringuito a 3 minutos andando, y todos situados alrededor del auténtico ‘Puente Romano’ (puente del siglo I). Dotado también con instalaciones deportivas como tenis, pádel, gimnasio y, por supuesto, el cálido clima que completan el cuadro. Todos los días tendrá la opción de, o bien unirse al exclusivo y lujoso estilo de vida que ofrece Puente Romano, o bien simplemente relajarse y vivir el estilo de vida del Sur de España en la tranquilidad del apartamento o disfrutando del casco antiguo de Marbella.
Movidos por nuestro deseo de compartir nuestros sentimientos, hemos decidido alquilar nuestro apartamento. Ha sido totalmente reformado, y está ubicado en la planta baja de la Fase II, en una zona cerrada con aparcamiento. Tiene unos 120m2 en total y una terraza de 30m2 con sol y mucha sombra, con vistas a la piscina y jardines tropicales. Es adecuado para parejas y familias, puede alojarse idealmente con 4 personas y hasta un máximo de 6, en nuestro apartamento con 2-3 habitaciones y 2 baños. Literalmente no necesitara nada más.
Le prometemos que su estancia en nuestro apartamento será una experiencia verdaderamente diferente.

Iedereen heeft een favoriete plek. Een plek waar je speciale herinneringen aan hebt, een plek die anders is dan elke andere plek, een plek waar je je thuis voelt of zelfs beter. Dat is wat Puente Romano voor ons is!
Vanaf het eerste moment dat we in Puente Romano komen, 8 jaar geleden, zijn we geraakt door de schoonheid. Het is de uitzonderlijke combinatie van ingrediënten die het resort zo speciaal maken. In het hart van de ‘Golden Mile’ in Marbella, direct aan de stranden van de Middellandse Zee, met restaurants van wereldklasse o.a. NOBU, Bibo, Lena, the Supperclub en Chiringuito op 3 minuten loopafstand, gesitueerd rondom de echte Romeinse brug (uit de 1ste eeuw), alsmede alle sportfaciliteiten zoals tennis/paddel/gym en natuurlijk het klimaat complementeert het gehele plaatje. Dit betekent dat je elke dag kan kiezen om je te laven aan het luxe leven dat Puente Romano te bieden heeft of je kan genieten van het Spaanse leven in de rustige omgeving van het appartement en de oude stad Marbella.
Aangezien wij heel graag ons gevoel met jullie willen delen hebben we besloten om ons appartement te verhuren. Het is volledig gerenoveerd, gesitueerd op de begane grond van het gedeelte Phase II, in een afgesloten gebied met parkeermogelijkheid. Het appartement is ongeveer 120m2 groot en heeft een 30m2 terras met zowel zon als veel schaduw, uitkijkend over het zwembad en de tropische tuin. Het is geschikt voor stellen en families, je kunt idealiter met 4 en maximaal 6 personen verblijven in ons appartement met de 2-3 kamers en 2 badkamers. Het zal je aan niets ontbreken.
We beloven je dat het een bijzondere ervaring zal worden.
